Each of our clients is offered a Client Portal throughout their consultancy engagement with us. The Portal carries up to date copies of all advice and documentation supporting your project. It often becomes the focal point for any outsourcing project activity where your internal team, suppliers and ExcelSource can come together and monitor the project as it starts to evolve.
Where ExcelSource offers ongoing support services, our Client Portal also includes a CRM solution. This is where support enquiries can be logged, tracked and monitored.
Our consulting work is supported by detailed itemised monthly statements and, as part of any engagement, we will agree our communications approach upfront; be that with weekly reports, monthly executive briefings, or dashboards, we will ensure you and your team are engaged throughout the process.
